Introduce preschool and early elementary students to food vocabulary, the colores, and saying me gusta and tengo hambre. The activities here provide comprehensible input for young students just getting started with Spanish. This unit has all you need to teach the Spanish colors, some common foods, and expressing likes and dislikes-- in context!

Los Pollitos Dicen Units 1-4 are based on the traditional Spanish song, "Los pollitos dicen." Kids hear language in context, and learn through movement, play, and story-based lessons.

The teacher's guide includes lesson ideas and lots of activities so you don't waste planning time!

My preschool units are adaptable for classes, small groups, and homeschoolers.

**I estimate that this unit will last 3+ months, for PreK or Early Elementary classes meeting 1-2x per week for 30 minutes. Obviously, this will vary depending on how often you meet and for how long. 

Lessons and activities are designed for non-readers.
